We're a small team, Sandra, Garry and Trish. We have such fun coming up with new recipes and new ways to cook with our spice mixes and sharing them with you. There are a lot more still to come so watch this space. I just love walking into the kitchen when the frying and grinding of spices is going on, the smell is out of this world. I never get sick of it.

The idea for using these handy spice mixes is to save you time in the kitchen and produce awesome dishes for the whole family. The post office must wonder what's in all our little parcels as the smell is so strong! Just goes to show how fresh they are when it smells so good!

We never compromise with our spice mixes so you won't find anything unnatural in them.

You'll be pleased to know we make all our spice mixes from scratch. This means we have to roast and then grind a number of spices to release their awesome flavour. Spice mixes just would'nt taste the same if we didn't do this. That's why when you buy spice mixes from the supermarket they never taste as good. Top quality restaurants also roast and grind their own spices to make sure the freshness and flavour is superior.

Garam Masala is a key ingredient in a number of our spice mixes and we make this completely from scratch by hand as well. To guarantee quality and freshness we dry fry the spices first then grind them by hand. They are soooooo good. It's the most awesome smell when you start to grind them - mmmmmm yum! By the way our certified commercial kitchen if where we also make preserves and other yummy things for our little shop. We aren't selling any other products online yet, just spice mixes because they're so good and very easy to ship around the world for FREE.
